I work online with successful professionals at a lifestage when the impact of sub-optimal health, chronic stress and low energy, can no longer be tolerated and they are committed to improving their future health.​
By personalising lifestyle interventions in the focus areas; nutrition & gut health, visceral fat reduction, chronic stress mastering, restorative sleep, and hormonal imbalances, I aim to equip you with my best tools.
I am dedicated to empowering professionals to take charge of their health and wellbeing, change their attitude to their food & health and improve their overall quality of life.

Meet
Dr Jeanet
I am Jeanet Rosslee, medical doctor and family GP for 31 years, whose focus has been on preventative medicine throughout.
​
I have treated people with diabetes, menopause, depression, severe stress; enjoyed working with babies & octogenerians alike, and absolutely loved surgery.
* A rare surgical complication changed the direction of my life and work.
​
​I am now a qualified Health Coach, specialising in Lifestyle Medicine and passionate to contribute to people's health and wellbeing with new skills and knowledge.
​
​Mindfulness was an integral part of my personal journey and this, I weave into my work. ​
My Mindfulness introduction happened in Ireland, after suffering a personal loss and fulfilling a work contract​.
I became a meditation and mindfulness scholar, researching the holistic benefits and started enjoying silent retreats, in Eire, Greece and South Africa. This practice truely resonated with me and shaped the business name:
